In our 30 minute High Intensity Class you can do just that, from beginner to experienced gym goers, this class will build up and build onto any fitness level. Meet your coach, Lindsey. Lindsey was a softball athlete growing up, she began her gym journey when she was 15. Falling in love with fitness, she began taking it more seriously & became a Certified Personal Trainer at 23. In 2023, this wife & mom founded her Carpe Diem Strength High Intensity Class wanting to reach & inspire her community, with her loud voice, goofy personality & love of fitness to move more & push themselves. She inspires to help everyone Seize the Day!
